Structure: The reinforced concrete structure conforms and surpasses even the strictest earthquake (anti-seismic) regulations. Additionally its fireproof qualities guarantee the safety every house should have.

Walls and Roofs: External walls are constructed of 25cm thick high thermal insulation blocks finished with 2.5cm render on either side. The massive 30cm solid construction provides the best thermal performance for use through both summer and winter. The monopitched roofs are built up using grade “A” treated timber rafters, thermal insulation and clay terracotta roof tiles. The exposed soffit allows the hand-finished timbers to be expressed. Flat roofs also incorporate a high thermally performing insulation and are finished off with waterproofing membrane, in order to provide total weather protection

Windows and external door openings: The design incorporates the latest aluminium systems in conjunction with sealed double glazed units, providing outstanding thermal performance and durability. The modern sections provide sharp aesthetics and quality to last a lifetime.

The front door to each villa is hand-made from specially selected hardwoods. Our skilled craftsmen build each door specifically for each individual house, finished with ironmongery that is the choice of the owner.

Internal floor finishes: We believe that the choice of natural materials best promote healthy living. Nothing surpasses the warmth and friendliness of a solid wood parquet bedroom floor, or the beauty and luxury of Italian marble, polished stone or real terracotta floor tiles. Choose from the wide range of high quality, durable floor finishes available. We are here to guide and assist you in making the right choice.

Bathrooms: The bathrooms are furnished with the highest standard of ceramic tile, the finest European sanitary-ware and the best German and Scandinavian taps, mixers and other fixtures. Style and functionality are principle design considerations.

Kitchen and bedroom cabinets and fittings: The wardrobes and kitchen cabinets are individual to each house and are built with a real beech-veneered timber board. The board substrate offers excellent stability, whilst the veneer may be stained to a variety of shades and wood colours to suit individual tastes. And to extend the individuality of the property, each kitchen worktop is built in a choice of solid wood, marble or granite.

Swimming Pools and Barbeque areas: Each villa is designed with its own swimming pool and barbeque area as an option. Again, Chameleon is there to assist you with making the right choice for your type and size of pool and undertake all work needed to finish off your dream home!
